Youth and Community Rising as One
Mon Valley Youth and Teen Association, Inc. mission is to serve youth and teens of the Mon Valley through programs and activities that provide and promote education, self-esteem, responsibility to self and others, and to seek to improve those condition in our society, which affect the youth of today and in the future.
I have been coming to Camp Watakamini for as long as I can remember and will forever cherish it. Now, I'm a volunteer Leader, which has a profound impact on me, but I'm able to make an impact on the kids as well. Being someone the kids look up to is an amazing feeling, and I wouldn’t change it for the world.
