Making lasting memories at Day Camp.
For kids ages 4 years old through 5th grade.
Your Child's Day at Camp
MVYATA’s annual Day Camp has a different theme every year and thus gives children the opportunity to experience new educational demonstrations, arts & crafts, games, exercises, and friendships. Your camper will be placed in a group according to their age and will work together as a team to create a group name and a flag to represent their unit. Campers can participate in activities such as flying kites, kickball, soccer, football, tag, and scavenger hunts in the large field.
Memories will surely be made during your child’s time at Day Camp, and they will receive a shirt to commemorate the week!
I have been a part of many of the programs that MVYATA has to offer. The programs were always hands-on and interesting. My daughter is now a product of the programs they offer. She has even donated time to help out in the community. MVYATA has great programs to offer the community.

2025 Day Camp dates TBA
The camp fee includes beverages, snacks, and program materials.
Campers must bring a bagged lunch daily. Pizza will be provided on the last day, but you may send a bagged lunch if your camper does not like pizza. We asked that you send a plastic drinking bottle daily with your camper’s name written on it. Transportation to and from the picnic grounds is the responsibility of the parent/guardian.
Day Camp helps bridge the gap for children who have yet to experience Resident Camp Watakamini as they can familiarize themselves with our amazing volunteer staff, learn traditional camp songs, and learn how to conduct Flag Ceremonies.
